Return and Right of Withdrawal

Return and Right of Withdrawal

Sales made on our website are subject to the Law on the Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and the provisions of this Law and Regulation apply.

If the products you will return comply with the following conditions, this will ensure that the transactions are completed quickly:

You are required to contact and notify us using the contact information on our website regarding the product you are returning. Products, which are sent without a return notification, will be sent back to the customer.

Return requests will not accepted in cases where the labels on the boxes of the products affixed by the importer or the manufacturer are torn, or the vacuum-wrapped or gelatin foil packaging is opened.

The return must be made within (14) days from the delivery date of the purchased product without the packaging being opened, destroyed or damaged, and without using the product.

If the product has been removed from its original packaging and used, the 1-week take-back period will be deemed invalid for the return requests, and the product will be strictly rejected.

Article 4 of the Law on the Consumer Protection provides that "Goods that do not comply with the features specified in the promotion or in the user manual or on the advertisements, or that contain material, legal or economic deficiencies which reduce the benefits expected by the consumer in terms of their intended use, shall be considered defective goods. If the customer reports defective goods within 30 days from the delivery date of such goods, they shall be entitled to any of the rights of returning the product, discount on the price, free exchange, or free repair.”

In order to benefit from the above-mentioned rights by reporting the Defective Goods:

If the features of the product are different from the features specified in its promotion, or if there are deficiencies that reduce the benefit the customer expects from the product, the product shall fall into the category of defective goods.

The customer is required to report the defective goods within 30 days.

In the Defective Goods notification, the importer of the product will determine whether there is any improper usage by a report. If it is determined that there is improper usage, the customer shall not be entitled to the rights available to them.

Right of withdrawal

Article 8 of the Regulation on the Distance Contracts provides that the “Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without taking any liability and without providing any reason, within seven days from the date of receipt of the product”. Accordingly, the customer has the right to return the product without any reason within 14 days after receiving it.
